Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Matchera platform and services (the "Service") provided by Arora Management Consultancy Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (Business Name No. 8135744), which operates the Matchera platform ("Matchera", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Matchera operates a talent network connecting professionals with companies, together with internal tools for recruitment, sales, and communications, including a unified inbox that can connect third-party accounts such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Google/Gmail accounts at the direction of authorized users.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to use the Service and to connect any account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Matchera to access and act on that account (for example, to read and send messages) as needed to provide the features you enable. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services terms. You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary to connect each account and to process the communications it contains.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate the messaging or anti-spam policies of any connected platform.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
5. Customer data
As between you and Matchera, you retain ownership of the data you submit or connect ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit Customer Data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on third-party platforms whose availability and policies are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any connected account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
